Leadership

Pastor Peter moved to Ontario, Canada, in 1989 before settling in Barrhead, Alberta, in December 1995. In 2006, he launched his own trucking business, combining his passion for driving truck with his entrepreneurial spirit. His heart for missions led him to Bolivia in 2012, where he served for one year as a business manager. He returned to Bolivia in 2016 to serve as a pastor, continuing there until mid-2017. Since November 2017, Pastor Peter has been faithfully serving as pastor in Barrhead. Outside of ministry, he enjoys trucking and is an avid collector of coins and foreign currency. 

Jake has been part of our church for 19 years and has served as an usher, head usher, board member and chairman. He is a social person who loves connecting with others and being involved in the life of the church. He has spent most of his career in the roofing industry and now works as a Technical Operations Manager. He is married with four kids, enjoys the outdoors and values simple, everyday living.  

Myrna grew up in the Aylmer, Ontario area and moved with her family to Barrhead, Alberta in 2021.  She is actively involved in her church community, serving as a Sunday school teacher and church treasurer. Outside of church she enjoys gardening, and spending time with her family. 

Born and raised in Alberta, Jen leads our Sunday School Ministry with a passion for creating a safe, welcoming, and fun space where children can learn about God's love. She is dedicated to helping kids build a strong foundation of faith in an environment where they feel valued and encouraged.

Janice was born and raised in Mexico. She developed a love for music early in life, taking lessons from a young age. In her free time, she enjoys playing the piano. As a devoted pastor's wife, she has faithfully served alongside her husband in Barrhead, Alberta since 2017, offering support and prayer to their church community
